Dr. Geiger is an Assistant Professor in the Inclusive Early Childhood Education Program in the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University. She holds an MA in Ed & HD in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University. Dr. Geiger completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education and a secondary concentration in Multicultural/Multilingual Education at George Mason University. Dr. Geiger served as a teacher and an administrator in a variety of school contexts in Northern Virginia and was a Clinical Assistant Professor/Director of the Early Learning Initiative at the University of Alabama prior to joining the faculty at George Mason University.
