The field of education policy is constantly changing. But there is a way to make sense of an area in perpetual flux.
From 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 13 at Alan and Sally Merten Hall, College of Education and Human Development Dean Mark R. Ginsberg will moderate “Looking Back, Looking Forward: A Conversation about the Changing Landscape of Education Policy,” presented by CEHD. The panel includes:
- Penelope Earley, a professor of education at Mason
- Anne Holton, visiting professor of public policy and education and former Virginia secretary of education
- Spiros Protopsaltis, visiting associate professor of education and former deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Department of Education
