Through cutting-edge sports science, strategic program design, and expertise in nutrition, training, and athletic health care, we aim to reduce injuries, enhance recovery, and elevate athletic achievement.

Our Vision

To set the standard for athlete health and performance at George Mason University through an interdisciplinary, team-driven approach that integrates sports science, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and athletic training.
