Noelle D. Saine, MS, CSCS, is a 3rd year PhD student in the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University, specializing in Athlete Health and Sport Analytics. She serves as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Patriot Performance Laboratory within the Frank Pettrone Center for Sport Performance, contributing to applied sport science initiatives across multiple collegiate teams. She earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology from George Mason University, where she competed as a varsity Track & Field and Cross Country athlete. Her applied work spans athlete monitoring, performance testing, and the integration of wearable and non‑wearable technologies to support data‑driven decision-making. Ms. Saine’s research focuses on improving training efficiency and reducing injury risk through evidence‑based monitoring practices. Her areas of emphasis include physiological and neuromuscular fatigue assessment, sport performance readiness profiling, body composition evaluation, and maximal strength testing.
