Alumnus Jarrett Perdue Named Mentor Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Jarrett Perdue, a 2010 alumnus of CEHD, for recognition as Spotsylvania County Mentor Teacher of the Year.
Perdue is a graduate of the Initiatives in Educational Transformation program, which offers a master of arts degree and graduate certificates for practicing teachers interested in developing as critically reflective educators.
An eighth-grade history teacher at Post Oak Middle School in Spotsylvania, Virginia, Perdue was previously named teacher of the year at the school.
