CEHD Hosts Greek Teachers for Eight Weeks

The Center for International Education, within the College of Education and Human Development, is hosting nineteen secondary education teachers from Greece for eight weeks. This project is administered in Greece by the Fulbright Foundation. Funding is provided through the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State. The teachers are engaging in professional development seminars, field experiences at Woodson High School and Thomas Jefferson High School of Science and Technology, and a variety of cultural experiences. Here the teachers had the opportunity to meet the Greek Minister of Education, Anna Diamantopoulou.
