Discount for Virginia Educators
A 15% tuition and mandatory student fee discount is available for Virginia residents who are enrolled in a CEHD graduate program and are educators working in a public or non-public PreK-12 school located in Virginia.
Discount for Out-of-State CEHD Graduate Students
The out-of-state discount is approximately 40% off the university’s approved rate for out-of-state graduate students (please see https://studentaccounts.gmu.edu/tuition-fees for current rate information).
Special Education PhD Leadership Grants
- The Kellar Institute for Human disAbilities (KIHd) supports doctoral students by providing multiple pathways and delivery formats and affordable access to programs for developing leadership skills in research, teaching, and service. If the Certificate you are interested in is not listed as federal aid eligible, please contact the Office of Financial Aid if you are interested in applying for an alternative loan to cover the cost of the program.
