Welcome to the College of Education and Human Development!
Understanding university and college expectations, policies, and resources is essential to your success as a graduate student. Before you embark on your graduate journey with CEHD, prepare for what’s ahead by participating in Graduate Prelude.
Graduate Prelude is a CEHD orientation program specifically tailored to the needs of graduate students. You’ll learn about academic policy and expectations; discover ways to manage your workload; navigate Mason resources and services; and have a chance to interact with fellow CEHD graduate students, faculty, and staff.
For further questions or more information about CEHD Graduate Prelude please contact the CEHD Office of Student and Academic Affairs at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For graduate students entering CEHD in fall 2020, Graduate Prelude will be offered virtually through the Blackboard online learning platform according to the following timeline:
|December 7||Graduate Prelude becomes available in Blackboard. Take time to complete all ten modules before your Graduate Prelude live session.|
|January 14||5:30 – 7:30 pm||Graduate Prelude Live Q&A session via Zoom and program-specific breakout sessions|
