This interdisciplinary minor prepares students to effectively manage conflict and promote positive interactions in educational and youth-centered settings. Through coursework in human development, peace education, restorative justice, and cultural dynamics, students develop practical skills to support constructive dialogue and problem-solving. Whether pursuing careers in non-profits, teaching, counseling, or community programs, graduates will be equipped to create supportive learning environments and apply practices that strengthen relationships and improve outcomes for young people.
