Analyzes philosophical assumptions, curriculum issues, learning theories, and history associated with current teaching styles. Emphasizes applications to all disciplines taught in secondary schools. Examines educational trends and issues. Note: 15 hours of school-based field experience required. Offered by School of Education. Limited to three attempts. Equivalent to EDUC 422.
