Description:

Examines ways to assess and develop reading, writing, and the language arts in primary grade classrooms. Addresses instructional strategies and practices that promote language and literacy development in culturally, linguistically, socioeconomically, and ability diverse children. Offered by School of Education. Limited to three attempts.
Registration Restrictions:

Required Prerequisites: ((ECED 401C, 401XS, 501B- or 501XS) and (ECED 402C, 402XS, 502B- or 502XS) and (ECED 403C, 403XS, 503B- or 503XS)).
C Requires minimum grade of C.
XS Requires minimum grade of XS.
B- Requires minimum grade of B-.
