Office of Technology Support (OTS)
The mission of the Office of Technology Support (OTS) is to use technology to support teaching, learning, and the flow of information within the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD).
The Office of Technology Support (OTS) provides centralized technology support to CEHD faculty and staff and works collaboratively with individual faculty, staff, and academic and administrative units on campus and outside the university to promote projects related to its mission.
OTS staffs and manages the CEHD computer labs, departmental classrooms and conference rooms and is the primary administrator of the CEHD websites. OTS procures and manages hardware and software inventory for faculty, staff, and CEHD computer labs and processes a wide variety of requests for technology to include programming, web design and development, equipment loans, technical guidance, and troubleshooting.
