Join us to honor Dr. Mark E. Helmsing, a dedicated educator and a transformative force in teacher education. His profound impact on students, peers, and the broader academic community is enduring. The Dr. Mark E. Helmsing Scholarship Fund will honor Dr. Helmsing’s legacy of intellectual rigor, boundless curiosity, and heartfelt compassion, which will continue to guide and inspire generations to come.
This celebration of his life and legacy will take place on Sunday, January 25 (the day before his 44th birthday) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Port City Brewery (3950 Wheeler Avenue Alexandria, VA). Please RSVP here by January 16.
