Description:
Introduces school/educational/developmental psychology graduate students to issues and recent research on multicultural competence and multiculturalism in schools. Develops self-awareness around issues of cultural diversity and expands knowledge base in the area of diversity. Provides an opportunity to read research in the field on RTI, Consultation, Intervention, and Assessment that has a multicultural perspective or component. Offered by School of Education. May not be repeated for credit.
Registration Restrictions:
Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.
Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
