Description:

First semester involves weekly meetings with a faculty member to discuss readings from a comprehensive list prepared by the Spanish faculty. In the second semester, independent research and completion of an honors essay under the supervision of a member of the Spanish faculty are required. Offered by Modern & Classical Languages. Limited to three attempts.
Recommended Prerequisite: Major in SPAN, 90 hours, GPA of 3.00, and GPA of 3.00 in MAJOR FIELD.
