Description:

Overview of major law and policy issues related to therapeutic recreation services for people with disabilities. Primary focus is on the Americans with Disabilities Act and related federal legislation. Offered by School of Sport/Rec/Tour Mgmt. May not be repeated for credit. Equivalent to PRLS 503.
Recommended Prerequisite: RMGT 460
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Junior Plus, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate, Non-Degree or Undergraduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
