Studies basic issues in leadership, organization, and governance of schools. Explores theories and models of leadership how leaders conceptualize school organization, with an emphasis on distributed leadership in professional environments, systems thinking, and organizational change. Offered by Graduate School of Education. Limited to three attempts.

Required Prerequisites: (EDUC 300C or L300).
C Requires minimum grade of C.
