EdPolicyForward: the Center for Education Policy at George Mason University will hold its second research workshop of the Fall 2024 semester with Dr. Erica Harbatkin. Dr. Harbatkin is an Assistant Professor of Education Policy and Evaluation at Florida State University. Her research uses quantitative research methods to examine the implementation and impact of policies related to school accountability, school improvement, and teacher labor markets. The title of Dr. Harbatkins talk is Should I Stay or Should I Go (Later)? Teacher intentions and turnover in low-performing schools and districts before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Erica Harbatkins workshop will meet online on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 11am-12:30pm ET.
