Morning Movement (9:00 a.m. – 9:20 a.m.)

Start the day by investing in your well-being. This 20-minute session introduces simple, very low-impact movements designed for the workplace - activities you can do in your office, between meetings, or during a short break. The session demonstrates how small, intentional moments of movement can boost energy, reduce stress, and sharpen focus throughout the day - whether your work involves teaching, advising students, managing programs, or supporting the daily operations of the college.

Speaker Session (9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)

The Speaker Session will feature three engaging presentations, including two PechaKucha-style talks and one interactive session, covering topics such as understanding and overcoming procrastination, maintaining joy and well-being in our work, and using “failing well” as a strategy for growth and success.

Professional Development Sessions (10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.)

The event will conclude with Professional Development Sessions, where you can choose from sessions focusing on areas such as faculty workload processes, student engagement in online learning, research development and collaboration opportunities, Gen Z students, and other topics designed to support staff and faculty.
