Event Location: George Mason University, Johnson Center - Dewberry Hall (ground floor)
Organizations are encouraged to showcase and promote health, fitness, and well-being and provide an engaging activity or experience for participants. This event is open to the entire Mason community - students, faculty, staff and community members. Registration will close on February 13, 2026 or if event is at capacity.
Please complete all sections of this form (Contact Information, Forms & Insurance, and Table Set Up).
Tabling and additional space requests are not guaranteed. Registration is first come, first serve. Community organizations will need to submit an online registration, Vendor Agreement Form (pdf), and Certificate of Insurance. You will be contacted with your confirmation and final details in early March. Registration is not complete until all forms are received. If you have questions about the event, email hfe@gmu.edu.
There is no registration cost for the Health and Fitness Expo (HFE). Exhibitors are responsible for paying their own parking fees on the George Mason campus.
Organizations who wish to be involved as an Expo event partner through sponsorship, please email hfe@gmu.edu for more information. Sponsorship is not required to be a exhibitor.
