Hard Conversations, Done Well: Practical Tools for Preparing and Leading Difficult HR Conversations will be presented by Patricia Wooten, division director of Human Resources at Virginia Tech.
Hard conversations are part of HR work at every level, but they don’t have to feel overwhelming. This session offers practical tools to help you prepare for, lead and navigate difficult conversations with clarity, confidence and care. You’ll leave with simple frameworks and language you can use right away.
