On behalf of the Virginia Department of Education (Office of Innovation), faculty, administrators, and program leaders in higher education are invited to participate in a survey that will inform the review of the 2020 Digital Learning Integration (DLI) Standards of Learning.
Feedback on how well current K-12 preparation aligns with college-level expectations and how revised standards can better support student readiness will be key to support collaboration, communication, critical thinking and the other DLI Strands.
The survey takes 15-20 minutes, and responses remain confidential and reported only in aggregate. Survey responses are due by January 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to prepare for the listening sessions.
An online listening session will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to gather ideas, experiences, and recommendations from professionals at institutions of higher education across the state. Please register if you plan to attend.
