Open to faculty, staff, and students. To sign up for your flu vaccine, please select an available appointment time from the schedule and provide your name and contact information. Remember to bring a photo ID with you to your appointment. If, on the day of your appointment, you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please ask your personal healthcare provider if you should receive vaccine that day. It is important to prioritize your health and the safety of others.
