Four Cornerstones of Well-Being: Vitality Purpose, Resilience, and Engagement
Presented by Katie Clare, Director of Well-Being Programs for the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being
As we navigate change and uncertainty, it is critical to consider how we engage in our individual well-being and how those efforts inform our communities. Learn more about well-being at George Mason, how you're doing it in your life already, and how you can be doing it more intentionally. Even if you dont have a lot of time to devote to well-being activities in your day-to-day life, you'll leave this session with a variety of ways to engage with vitality, purpose, resilience, and engagement on a regular basis.
