Grading Policies, Grading Submission, and Assessment Information


TK20 is a customizable, electronic assessment management and performance based instruction tool. The TK20 site serves as George Mason University's College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) assessment data collection and storage site.

Grading Policies & Submission

Grading is done online through PatriotWeb and can only be submitted by the instructor of record. Please check out Masons' Grading Policies for information on additional grade notations, including incomplete or in progress, and graduate notations. Any other questions about grading should be directed to your program office.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated. Please refer to the University's Academic Integrity /Honor Code policy. The plagiarism policy must be included in all syllabi.

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all classes, arrive on time, and stay until the end of class. Please hold students to this standard. You may assign class participation points, therefore affecting the grades of those students who miss class or are late.
