Our hearts need many things to stay healthy, including nutritious food, exercise, and love! We will share stories and information books followed by a variety of hands-on activities that support healthy hearts.
Join the team from Literacy Engagement Action Project(LEAP) at George Mason University for a family literacy workshop devoted to healthy hearts.
Ages 5 and up.
Please register each child of the appropriate age range.
