University Supervisor Hiring

University Supervisors are hired each semester on a contractual basis. Compensation is based on a per-candidate/credit hour basis. Contracts are issued typically issued during the first week of the academic semester. Before contracts can be issued, EPO must have a current resume, official transcript, and other applicable credentials on file. CEHD reimburses some travel expenses for university supervisors working in the field. For information about contracts or mileage reimbursement, please contact the Educator Preparation Office at internsh@gmu.edu.

Internship Orientation and Training

Prior to the beginning of the semester, each academic program conducts a mandatory orientation and training session for university supervisors and teacher candidates. If you have any questions regarding orientation, please contact the Educator Preparation Office at internsh@gmu.edu.
