Description:

Concepts and theories underlying elementary school mathematics including problem solving, patterns, sequences, set theory, numeration, number sense, operations and properties of integers, whole, rational, irrational and real numbers, number theory, ratio, proportion, percent and mathematical systems. Notes: Does not count toward major in mathematics. Offered by Mathematics. Limited to three attempts.
Recommended Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in 3 credits of college math.
