Description:
Introduces students to laws and legal issues that impact higher education and establishes a general familiarity with higher education law. Uses a case study approach to teach students to recognize when a legal issue presents itself in situations involving students, faculty, or administration. Offered by School of Integrative Studies. May not be repeated for credit.
Registration Restrictions:
Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
