The School of Recreation, Health, and Tourism (SRHT) offers exciting, career-ready majors in dynamic fields such as athletic training, tourism and events management, health and physical education, kinesiology, sport management, and recreation management. SRHT features renowned faculty, cutting-edge research, six laboratories and centers, and a diverse student body of more than 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students each year. Each major requires one or more internship or clinical experiences, ensuring that students graduate not just with a transcript but with a resume that demonstrates their professional aptitude and skills.

For alumni who graduated more than six months ago, individual appointments with an industry adviser or career counselor are $35/hr and are limited to three sessions. Make an appointment.

Walk-in appointments are limited to currently enrolled students and recent graduates (less than six months since graduation).

HireMason is an internship and job search engine exclusively for the Mason community. It is available to alumni for a one-time registration fee of $10, for those who did not register while a student.

Alumni can attend our workshops, and career fairs.

Share your industry career paths and job search expertise, while interacting with Mason students as a mentor.
