Profile
Lynne Schrum is a Professor and coordinator of elementary education in the College of Education at George Mason University. Prior to that, she served as Chair of the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Utah. Her research and teaching focus on teacher preparation, appropriate uses of information technology, and online and distance learning. She has written three books and numerous articles on these subjects. Lynne is the past-president of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and currently is the editor of the Journal of Research on Technology in Education (JRTE) (2002-2008).
