Profile

Bonnie Bell  is a part-time member of the T/TAC team. Her educational and work experiences are varied. She is endorsed in Social Science, Learning Disabilities K-12, Elementary Principal and Secondary Principal. Previously, she worked in both public and private schools in Virginia and North Carolina. Prior to joining KIHd, she worked for Fairfax County Public Schools as a general education and learning disabilities teacher, an Area Administrator in the Learning Disabilities and Mildly Mentally Retarded Programs, and a teacher and an evaluator for the Physical Disabilities Program. She has a BA in Sociology/Social Work with minors in Secondary Education and Social Science, an M Ed in Special Education with a concentration in Learning Disabilities, and a PhD in Education with a concentration in Traumatic Brain Injury. She serves on the Virginia Department of Education Family Involvement Network and the Virginia Department of Education Traumatic Brain Injury Initiative.
