Seven CEHD Staff Recognized at Professional Development Ceremony

Customer service is key!

The College of Education and Human Development can boast that seven staff members received certificates at the 2014 Human Resources and Payroll Faculty and Staff Professional Development Recognition Ceremony. President Cabrera was at the event to congratulate each person.

The following individuals put forth extra effort to earn their certificates, by completing professional development programs that require both classroom and written components.

  • Eva Nolen - Customer Service Certificate and Mason Advisor Certificate

  • Francina Osoria - Administrative Professionals Certificate

  • Lynne Paraggio - Administrative Professionals Certificate

  • Catriona Wardlaw - Mason Advisor Certificate

  • Stephanie Zeher - Mason Advisor Certificate

Their efforts reflect the importance that CEHD places on measuring success by the benefit we bring to students and others.
