Description: Examines public policy decision-making in education at local, state, and national levels, and its impact on education institutions, students, and public. Focuses on government entities’ authority over education decision-making, and resolution of competing policy arguments in political arena.

Prerequisites
Admission to PhD in education program, or permission of instructor.
