EDSE 557: Foundations of Language and Literacy for Diverse Learners

Description: Examines complexity of language acquisition and literacy development. Focuses on typical and atypical language development, connections between language and literacy, and diversity of communication styles in families, and cultures. Emphasizes first and second language acquisition.
