General Information

Description: Advanced study of literacy theory, research, and practice as it relates to adolescents and adults. Addresses sociocultural, cognitive, linguistic, psychological, and developmental influences on literacy. Includes reading, writing, and oral communication.

Prerequisites
EDRD 630 and admission to the literacy emphasis, or permission of program coordinator.
