EDCI 521: Curriculum Development for Language Learners

General Information

Credit hours: 3

Description: Examines current approaches to curriculum development for second language learners and language minority students. Participants review, evaluate, and develop curricular materials, with emphasis on learner-centered activities, cooperative learning, interdisciplinary and thematic approaches, authentic and problem-based learning, integration of language and content, and linking assessment and instruction.

EDCI 516 and 519.
