The Accidental Leader: Leading in Uncertain Times

The Journey of the Accidental Leader is based on the author's practical leadership experience as a Marine Corp Officer in Vietnam. Written as a business fable, The Journey is the story of a young man, who like so many people, gets thrust into a leadership position he neither wanted nor asked for. What he learns along his personal leadership journey is especially applicable to today's uncertain economic climate.

Marshall Goldsmith, the country's leading executive coach had this to say about The Journey of the Accidental Leader: "Great advice to get you from here--where you are now--to there--where you want to go as a leader."
